I will coach you, as a person or as a couple, to promote and enhance your resilience and self-renewal. You will be activating your healing process to assist you to move forward from anxiety, compulsions, depression, and other negative feelings to a greater sense of emotional resilience, health, and well-being.

During our work together, I will be using my expertise in evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy so that you will soon be on your way to accomplishing your goals and reaching your dreams. I am your partner to health.

I have over 15 years of experience and draw upon it creatively with every person, couple, and family choosing to work with me. I have taught as a professor in universities, worked as a research director, and led as a clinic director in mental health centers.
